Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

IMPORTANT: When sending the email, make sure to include "RETURN" in the subject line. In the email, provide the details you used to place the order, along with your ORDER NUMBER. Also, clearly explain the reason for your return.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

When you request a return, you pay the costs yourself and the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. we will evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.

Please note: You are required to send photos of the product you received.
Without a photo, we cannot assist you further or determine what the problem may be.

 

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
  • Customized products (special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care items (beauty products, etc.)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item and place a separate order for the new item once your return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
